The new building next to the Sheraton Hotel will feature over 200 residential units in various sizes with brick façade walls and large glass panels on lower levels. The developer LCOR plans 272 housing units there.
1101 Walnut will have 111 residences above retail floors
The planned building on the corner of 11th and Walnut streets will replace the former Wendy’s Restaurant. It will have 24 stories with retail and office spaces on the first 2 floors and 111 housing units above.
12th & Sansom project to include leisure facilities
The developer plans to build a 24-story residential tower with recreational amenities like spas, salons, barber shops, swimming pools, restaurants and pubs on site of a parking lot at 12th & Sansom streets. There will be 300 housing units.
49 residences at 200 Race Street mixed-use building
The proposed 6-story mixed-use building on the corner of 2nd and Race streets will feature 6,000 square feet ground floor retail space and 49 housing units above.
